Big-Game Hero Raises Over $900k for Wildlife Conservation

The results are officially in—Matt Hansen, an avid sportsman from Idaho Falls, is the 2022 Big-Game Hero! Matt will be packing his bags to embark on one of the finest western buck hunts with the Arizona Commissioner's mule deer tag. In addition to securing the coveted title and glorious dream hunt, Matt will be loaded up with $25,000 for outfitting and gear.

The annual Big-Game Hero Competition was operated by Colossal as part of a fundraising campaign to benefit Conservation First USA. The Competition raised over $900,000 to aid in Conservation First USA’s mission of improving and restoring wildlife habitats in the Southwest.
