2026 CHAMPION
Michael, co-owner of 30 Strong Fitness Studio in West Palm Beach, is driven by his transformation from a skinny kid into a fitness leader. A proud father of two, he leads by example, instilling confidence and healthy habits while making a positive impact in his community.
Alcides Vera III

2024 CHAMPION
This professional bodybuilder has done it all. He’s a veteran of the Coast Guard, federal police officer, personal trainer, model, and, his favorite occupation—dad of two. The only thing more impressive than Alcides’ life story is his charismatic demeanor and optimistic attitude. He says, “A happy mind gives you a happy body.”
Nicholas Thomas

2023 CHAMPION
Nicholas is a life-long athlete who boasts an incredible six world records in indoor rowing and skiing, as well as multiple karate honors at various ISKA World Championships. His highest passion, however, is helping others through his own personal training studio. Nicholas also coaches young athletes as the nutrition consultant for a high school football team.
Rahman Tabb

2022 CHAMPION
Rahman Tabb discovered that his passion for staying fit was a result of wanting to live life to the fullest. Rahman uses the 80/20 rule: “Work out and eat healthy at least 80% of the time and take the other 20% to enjoy myself along the way.”
Shea Taylor

2021 CHAMPION
Shea is inherently a leader and motivator who aims to do big things. After a motorcycle accident caused his leg amputation, Shea did not back away from pursuing his goals. "Having developed a fitness foundation, it was much easier to bounce back from the injury because I already knew how to be fit; I already knew how to work," he said. “My disability doesn’t define me.”
